What types of jewelry do you offer?

We craft our products using hypoallergenic, tarnish free materials, ensuring they’re perfect for daily wear. If you experience any discoloration or allergic reactions within 30 days, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What is Aria Classic Jewelry return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@ariaclassicjewelry.com to initiate a return.

Our 14 day return policy for purchases made between Jan 20th and Feb 10th , 2025 is extended to Feb 30th, 2025.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original piece and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at hello@ariaclassicjewelry.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items, such as custom products, resizing items, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. If you have questions regarding a specific item, please reach out to us.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Processing?

Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed outside of these times will begin processing the next business day.

Please note: All prices are listed in USD, for both U.S. & Canada.

Cancellation?

If you need to cancel and order once it has been placed, please contact our team as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, our team is unable to cancel it.
